Os indicados nas categorias televisivas à 73ª edição do Director’s Guild of America Awards (DGA Awards) foram revelados recentemente – e trouxeram surpresas bem interessantes.
‘Ted Lasso’, que levou para casa três estatuetas do Critics’ Choice Awards 2021, conquistou duas indicações para os diretores Zach Braff e MJ Delaney nas categorias de comédia, competindo com Erin O’Malley e Jeff Schaffer, de ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’.
A recém-terminada ‘WandaVision’ também foi relembrada na seção de minisséries ou filmes para TV, disputando a estatueta com ‘Little Fires Everywhere’, ‘Hamilton’ e ‘O Gambito da Rainha’. Jason Bateman conquistou uma indicação por seu trabalho em ‘Ozark’, enquanto Jon Favreau concorre nas categorias Melhor Direção em Série de Drama e Melhor Direção em Reality (por ‘O Mandaloriano’ e ‘The Chef Show’, respectivamente).
Os vencedores serão anunciados no dia 10 de abril.
