A organização do Grammy Awards 2020 anunciou hoje (08) a primeira leva de artistas que irão se apresentar na 62ª edição da premiação.
Lizzo, que lidera a lista de indicações em 8 categorias (incluindo Álbum do Ano), irá provavelmente performar sua aclamada canção “Truth Hurts” ou então “Juice” (ambas concorrendo a estatuetas). Billie Eilish, relembrada em 6 categorias, também irá se apresentar e deve cantar “bad guy”.
Aerosmith retorna para os palcos da premiação mais uma vez. A banda já levou para casa 4 prêmios e será homenageada com a MusiCares Person of the Year por seu trabalho filantrópico e seu sucesso musical ao longo de cinco décadas.
Além disso, Gwen Stefani irá se apresentar a Blake Shelton, que está concorrendo na categoria de Melhor Performance Solo – Country por “God’s Country”.
Nos próximos dias, outros artistas devem ser confirmados.
Alicia Keys volta como apresentadora da edição, que ocorre em 26 de janeiro.
