As indicações ao Peabody Awards 2020 foram finalmente anunciadas – e vários shows adorados pelo público estão representados ao longo de 60 nomeações.
O júri escolheu as produções que são a cara do melhor que 2019 ofereceu nas seguintes categorias: Entretenimento, Crianças & Jovens, Documentários, Notícias, Podcast/Rádio e Serviço Público.
Dentre os grandes indicados, estão as aclamadas séries ‘Stranger Things’, ‘Watchmen’ e ‘Good Omens’. Neste ano, o canal PBS foi a maior condecorada com 11 nomeações; a HBO, por sua vez, ficou em segundo lugar com 7. A Netflix foi relembrada 5 vezes, enquanto a Amazon foi reconhecida com 3.
